AirSense 10 vs AirSense 11: Which CPAP Supplies Fit Each Machine?
AirSense 10 and AirSense 11 use different tubing connectors and water chambers. Find out which replacement parts fit your machine before you order.
When it's time to replace CPAP supplies, one of the most common mistakes people make is ordering parts designed for the wrong machine generation. ResMed's AirSense 10 and AirSense 11 are both popular AutoSet CPAP machines, but they use different tubing connectors and water chambers — and the parts are not interchangeable.
The Key Difference: Tubing Connectors
Heated tubing has a machine-specific connection. An S10 heated tube is intended for the AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 series; an S11 heated tube is intended for the AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 series. They are not interchangeable. Check the approved compatibility list on the product page and do not force a connector that does not fit.
Water Chambers Are Also Different
The HumidAir water chamber that slides into the AirSense 10 has a different form factor from the chamber used in the AirSense 11. You cannot use an S10 chamber in an S11, or the other way around. If you're unsure which machine you have, check the model label on the bottom or back of the device.
How to Tell Which Machine You Have
Read the model name on your device label or in its user guide. Match the full name, including the series number, to the replacement part's compatibility list. If the label is difficult to read, ask your equipment provider to confirm the model before ordering.
What Parts to Order
Once you know your machine generation, shopping is straightforward. For AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10, you need S10-compatible heated tubing and the S10 water chamber. For AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11, you need S11-compatible heated tubing and the S11 water chamber. LullaPad offers affordable compatible versions of both.
