Do I need to know my pillow size before ordering?
No. Each FitPack includes three pillow sizes, so you can try each one at home and use the size that seals most comfortably.
Fitting steps
- Pinch the nasal pillows gently and place them at the opening of each nostril — don't push them in.
- Pull the split-strap headgear over your head. The two top straps go above each ear; the lower strap wraps behind your neck.
- Adjust the straps until the pillows rest lightly at your nostrils with no gaps. Snug is right; tight causes soreness and leaks.
- Connect your CPAP hose to the frame's elbow and turn on your machine.
- Lie down and take a few breaths. If you feel air escaping, loosen the straps slightly — over-tightening is the most common cause of P10 leaks.

What frame size is this?
This FitPack includes the Standard frame — the versatile size that fits most head and face profiles. The frame refers to the soft hollow tube that wraps around your face and carries the airflow.
Fitting steps
- Place the cradle cushion under your nose so it seals below both nostrils — nothing should touch your nasal bridge.
- Route the hollow frame tube around your cheeks and up to the top of your head, then clip the headgear into place.
- Adjust the upper and lower straps until the cushion rests evenly with no gaps. Snug is right; tight causes red marks and leaks.
- Connect your CPAP hose to the rotating elbow at the crown of your head and turn on your machine.
- Lie down in your normal sleep position. With the hose on top, you can roll to either side or hug your pillow without dragging tubing across the bed.

How do I pick my cushion size?
The Small, Medium, and Large options refer to the InfinitySeal cushion that seals around your nose and mouth. Medium fits most adults; if you've worn an F20 or another ResMed full face mask before, choose the same cushion size. Headgear is not included.
Fitting steps
- Hold the cushion gently against your face so it covers both your nose and mouth, then pull the headgear over your head.
- Snap the two lower magnetic clips onto the frame — the magnets pull them into place, even with the lights off.
- Fasten the upper straps so the mask rests evenly; snug is right, tight is wrong. Over-tightening causes leaks and red marks.
- Connect your CPAP hose to the quick-release elbow and turn on your machine.
- Lie down in your normal sleep position and adjust the lower straps until the InfinitySeal cushion settles into a quiet seal.
- To take the mask off, pull the magnetic clips away from the frame — the whole mask lifts off in one motion.

How do I pick my size?
Each option is a frame size plus a cushion size. The Standard frame fits most head shapes, and the Medium cushion fits most adults — so Standard Frame / Medium Cushion is the most common pick. If you've worn an F30i before, choose the same combination. The Small frame suits smaller head profiles and the Large frame bigger ones; the cushion (Small, Medium, or Wide) is what seals under your nose.
Fitting steps
- Place the under-nose cushion below your nostrils — it should seal around the bottom of your nose without touching the nasal bridge.
- Bring the SpringFit frame up and route the headgear over your head, clipping the magnetic lower tabs to the frame bridge.
- Connect your CPAP hose to the rotating top-of-head elbow, then fasten the upper headgear straps snugly but not tight.
- Turn on your machine and lie down in your normal sleep position. With the hose on top, you can roll to either side freely.
- Fine-tune the lower strap tension if you feel air escaping at the cushion edges — the under-nose seal improves with slightly looser straps, not tighter ones.
