ResMed-Compatible CPAP Supplies: What Compatibility Means
When a CPAP product says it's compatible with ResMed machines, what does that actually mean? Here's what compatibility tells you — and what it doesn't.
If you're shopping for CPAP supplies online, you'll frequently see phrases like "compatible with AirSense 10" or "designed for AirSense 11." Understanding what those claims mean — and what they don't — helps you shop with confidence.
What 'Compatible' Means
Compatibility describes the specific equipment a product is intended to fit. It does not, by itself, tell you who manufactured the part or prove that every model in a brand's range is supported. Check both the brand and the approved model list on the product page.
What 'Compatible' Does Not Mean
Compatibility alone is not a claim of endorsement, certification, or original-brand manufacture. LullaPad carries genuine ResMed products, genuine Philips Respironics products, and LullaPad replacement supplies. Read each product's brand information rather than assuming that every item in the store has the same manufacturer.
How to Verify Compatibility
Before ordering, check that the product explicitly lists your machine model number in its compatibility description. For heated tubing, check that it specifies your device generation (S10 or S11) — these use different connectors. For water chambers, the same applies. For mask components, check the specific mask model (AirFit P10, AirFit N30i, etc.).
The Trademark Disclaimer
ResMed, AirSense, AirFit, and AirCurve are trademarks of their respective owners. React Health / 3B Medical and Luna identify a separate manufacturer and machine family. These names help identify equipment and compatibility; they do not imply manufacturer endorsement of LullaPad-branded replacement parts.
